How to add a New User Account?

How to create a new user account.
  • On the iServe Back Office main window, Click the User Management Button.
  • On the User Management window, Click the “Add” button.
  • Let the new user fill out the following fields.
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Username – Minimum of 4 alphanumeric characters.
  • Password – Minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters.
  • Confirm – Confirm password
  • Security Code – Should be 8 digits only
  • Confirm – Confirm security code
  • Click the “Save” Button.
  • After clicking the save button, the name of the new user will now appear on the left panel.
  • Click the “Priv” to open the User Privileges window and select which privileges will be assigned to the new user account.

  2. Access to Edit Schema
  3. Access to Items Management
  4. Access to Program Settings
  5. Access to Reports
  6. Access to Users Management
  7. Back Office Access
  8. Bill out Pending
