How to Use Room Status Update Module?

The Room Status Module allows the user to update the actual status of the rooms and it checks if there are discrepancies with the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.

To use this feature..

  1. From the Grid, press F3 or select Room Assignment from the list of shortcuts on the bottom part of the window

  2. Select the row to be updated and enter the necessary details:
    1. HK Status
    2. HK Pax
    3. Cleaning Start Time
    4. Cleaning End Time
    5. Staff Name
    6. Remarks

  3. If not all rooms are updated, delete the empty rows before saving (click "Delete Row")

  4. Once done, click "Save"
