How to Configure the Printer for iKeep?

iKeep allows users to set the printer where reports, slips, and receipts can be printed.

To configure the printer..

  1. From the Grid, press F11 from your keyboard or select Printers from the list of shortcuts on the bottom part of the window

  2. Select the printer for the Folios, Reports, and Registration Form

  3. Select the printer for the Acknowledgement Receipt

  4. Once done, click "Save"

Note: If iKeep cannot print a report, log out and log in from the system then try to print again. If it still does not work, try to ask for assistance from an IT staff to check the printer.
