A Failure to Swipe (FTS) report is filed when an error occurs upon trying to Time In or Time Out on Chronos TMS due to various reasons such as system failure, power interruption, etc. This report will be subject for evaluation by an authorized personnel.
To file an FTS report..
- From the Dashboard, go to File FTS
- Click "Apply"
- Enter the necessary details:
- Work Code - either Time In or Time Out
- Once done, click "Submit"
The employee will see the resolution of the report in the FTS List.
