How to View the FTS List?

A Failure to Swipe (FTS) report is filed when an error occurs upon trying to Time In or Time Out on Chronos TMS due to various reasons such as system failure, power interruption, etc. This report will be subject for evaluation by an authorized personnel.

To view the FTS list..

  1. From the Dashboard, go to File FTS

  2. Browse through the list of Filed FTS
