Edesia Banquet System allows clients to reserve a room along with the event booking.
To reserve a room..
- From the Event Window, click the navigation icon and select “Room Reservation”
- Enter the necessary details of the Group Information
- Once done, click “Create”
- At the bottom part of the Room Reservation window, click “Others” and select “Add Rooms”
- Indicate the check-in and check-out dates in the Stay Period section to view the available rooms
- Input the Quantity, Pax and select Rate for the desired room
- Once done, click “Reserve” and “Confirm” the transaction
