How to Reserve a Room?

*This feature is only applicable when there is an integration with Xenia Front Office System

Edesia Banquet System allows clients to reserve a room along with the event booking.

To reserve a room..

  1. From the Event Window, click the navigation icon and select  “Room Reservation”

  2. Enter the necessary details of the Group Information

  3. Once done, click “Create”

  4. At the bottom part of the Room Reservation window, click “Others” and select Add Rooms”

  5. Indicate the check-in and check-out dates in the Stay Period section to view the available rooms
    image


  6. Input the Quantity, Pax and select Rate for the desired room
    image


  7. Once done, click “Reserve” and “Confirm” the transaction
    image
